Reuters Media Guide
A Media Guide website for Reuters consumer products. Complete site design promoting the Reuters website, apps and events to advertisers. The Media Guide provides a snapshot of various ad solutions, case studies, specs and upcoming opportunities with Reuters products. In collaborating with marketing and sales heads, this site is the culmination of countless hours of research and revision. My role included concepting, developing and maintaining the Media Guide.
Leveraging ipapi.co, I created a region-detecting splash page that would redirect each visitor to a US-, UK- or Japan-targeted site. The About section serves as the primary landing page, introducing Reuters News and its market strengths.
The Ad Solutions section gives a brief overview of Reuters' primary digital plaforms and the advantages of their audience reach.
The Showcase section contains several case studies, detailing the goals of each campaign, their measures of success and a carousel of associated visuals.
In developing a calendar that non-technical parties could easily edit, I turned to Google Spreadsheets to host the content. The page then pulls the data in via feed and applies custom formatting for a native feel.
Messages submitted here go into another Google Spreadsheet that several sales account managers can access to follow up on leads. The map is an easter egg — a styled Google Map with all major worldwide sales offices pinned.
